Tennyson was featured in the Daily Business Review discussing a recent Florida appellate decision that clarifies property tax liability on condos with land leases. Titled Beach Club Towers Homeowners Association v. Chris Jones, Property Appraiser for Escambia County, Florida, 2017 WL 4526773, (Fla. 1st DCA 2017), the First District Court of Appeals reviewed an ad valorum property tax dispute between a condominium association and the property appraiser of Escambia County.
