The law firm of Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce, P.A. (“Nason Yeager”) announces the addition of Jonelle M. Rainford as an associate in the firm’s Commercial and Business Litigation Practice Group.
Ms. Rainford’s practice involves corporate dispute litigation, real estate and title litigation, landlord and tenant litigation, commercial foreclosure litigation, contract and transactional litigation, and employment and labor dispute litigation.
Ms. Rainford received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from Florida State University. During law school, Ms. Rainford was selected for an externship with the Honorable Lewis Killian at the Northern District of Florida, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and received the Book Award in her Immigration Law Seminar.
Ms. Rainford began her legal career practicing real estate and creditors’ rights litigation, particularly in the prosecution and defense of mortgage foreclosures. Ms. Rainford has also been appointed Guardian ad Litem in pro bono cases for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, advocating for the best interest of children.
Ms. Rainford is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
