Nason Yeager Shareholder Thomas F. Mullin has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (FAEP). FAEP is an affiliate of the National Association of Environmental Professionals and has eight local chapters throughout the state. Mullin was elected as an At Large Member.
He will also remain on the Board of the Treasure Coast Chapter, which serves Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas with other environmental professionals while promoting technical excellence, ethical practice, and community awareness.
At Nason Yeager, Mullin specializes in environmental, land use, and administrative law. He provides strategic counsel on a wide range of complex matters involving environmental and natural resource permitting, water and wastewater utilities, consumptive use permitting, coastal construction and sovereign submerged lands, land use and zoning, municipal governments and special districts, and real property rights.
