Nason Yeager is pleased to announce the addition of Aaron Granoff to its Corporate and Business Transactions department.
Nason Yeager offers a broad spectrum of corporate and business services, such as corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions, corporate restructurings, entertainment and licensing, private equity, venture capital, joint venture and other strategic licensing arrangements. Nason Yeager also has substantial experience in the representation of technology and e-Commerce, consumer products, entertainment, energy, hospitality, healthcare and not-for-profits.

He earned his J.D. and L.L.M. in Entertainment Arts and Sports Law from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A in Sport, Event and Hospitality Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
Mr. Granoff is a member of The Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law and Real Property Probate and Trust Law Sections.
He will work out of the firm’s Palm Beach Gardens office.
