Alicia Lewis is an attorney at Nason Yeager where she is a member of the environmental and land use practice group. Ms. Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, government procurement, public private partnerships, affordable housing, environmental law, entitlement due diligence, community outreach, and municipal government law in Florida and Georgia. She represents real estate developers and private property owners before governmental agencies to obtain comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, site plan approval, platting, variances, special exceptions, conditional use approval, and resolves code enforcement matters.
She received her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2011; and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University in 2006. During law school, she served as the Editor for the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review, the Regional Fundraising Chair for the National Black Law Students Association, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team.
