Nason Yeager shareholder Susan Roeder Martin has been named to Florida Trend’s 2025 Legal Elite Notable – Women Leaders in Law. This prestigious recognition celebrates attorneys who exemplify professional excellence, leadership, and service both within the legal community and beyond.

Martin is board certified in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice by the Florida Bar, and has practiced law for over 35 years. She has handled a wide range of environmental issues, including permitting and permit challenges, enforcement, mitigation banks, litigation, mediation, congressional lobbying, and appeals.
She has also been involved in the drafting and adoption of environmental resource permit rules. For most of her career, Martin has provided public service as an attorney with the South Florida Water Management District. In addition, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, bringing her expertise in conflict resolution to both public and private sector clients.
