Brittney Cecilia Gutin is an attorney at Nason Yeager, where she is a member of the Marital and Family Law practice group. Ms. Gutin brings extensive experience in family law, having previously served as a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. During her tenure, she represented victims of domestic violence in injunction hearings and in related paternity and dissolution of marriage cases. She began her legal career handling family and criminal law cases.
Ms. Gutin earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, in Political Science and a minor in Italian Language and Culture from the University of Central Florida.
A lifelong Floridian, Ms. Gutin resides in Palm Beach County with her husband, Adam, and their children.
