Attorney Thomas F. Mullin of Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce, P.A. (Nason Yeager) was recently elected to the board of trustees of the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (FAEP). Mr. Mullin, an attorney in Nason Yeager’s Boca Raton office, also recently spoke at the FAEP’s annual conference in Bonita Springs, Florida, providing an update on significant environmental legislation that passed during the 2016 state legislative session.
The FAEP is an interdisciplinary association of environmental professionals in business, government, and academe throughout Florida. The Treasure Coast Chapter (TCC) serves Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee counties, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas with other environmental professionals while promoting technical excellence, ethical practice, and community awareness.
Mr. Mullin practices exclusively in the areas of environmental and land use law. He represents public and private sector clients seeking approvals from the water management districts, Florida DEP, US EPA, and US Army Corps of Engineers. Additionally, Mr. Mullin represents property owners and developers before various governmental boards including county and city commissions, planning and zoning boards, and code enforcement boards.
