Gary Gerson is the President at Nason Yeager. Mr. Gerson began his career at the firm fresh out of law school in 1977. He is an AV rated lawyer specializing in corporate and real estate transactions and negotiations of deals and disputes. Mr. Gerson is a relationship lawyer having represented many clients for well over 20 years. He serves his clients as both their lawyer and advisor. He is able to provide full service representation to his businessman clients through his experience, expertise and use of the firms vast resources. He provides a more personal, less expensive alternative to large firm representation. Mr. Gerson has been involved in many merger and acquisition transactions from small amounts to over $1.5 billion.
Mr. Gerson began with Nason Yeager when West Palm Beach was a much smaller community. As a result, he had to practice in multiple disciplines. That experience gave him a broad view of business and the law and enables him to more globally advise clients in today’s era of specialization.
