Alejandra S. Alvarez is an attorney at Nason Yeager where she is a member of the litigation practice group. Ms. Alvarez brings a wealth of experience and legal insight to the group, having served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In this role, she conducted extensive legal research, drafted reports and recommendations and prepared orders for a diverse range of civil cases. Prior to her time as a clerk with the Southern District of Florida, Ms. Alvarez worked in the litigation department of a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida, where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas.
Ms. Alvarez earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020; and her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 2017. During law school, she served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review.
She is fluent in Spanish and is an active member of the legal community, continuously expanding her professional network. In her free time, she enjoys reading, creative writing, and traveling. She also grew up playing tennis and is an avid tennis fan.
