Joshua Battat is an associate attorney at Nason Yeager where he is a member of the Securities law group. Previously, Mr. Battat gained experience at a boutique law firm working with businesses, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals in commercial, intellectual property, and transactional matters. With a background in business law, he provided strategic counsel to help clients protect their intellectual property and navigate small business needs. He also worked in Boca Raton, FL where he gained extensive experience in complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Battat completed his undergraduate degree from Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and a minor in business. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he refined his skills in the Intellectual Property and the Arts Clinic.
Outside of the office, Mr. Battat is an avid fan of the New York Mets and New York Rangers and enjoys playing pickleball weekly.
