Katie Waldrip Branscum is an attorney in the firm’s securities department, where her practice primarily focuses on securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance. Katie advises clients on Exchange Act periodic reporting, disclosure issues, stock exchange listing requirements, private placements, and general corporate matters. She represents public and private clients across a variety of industries including banking, transportation, and energy. At this time, she is admitted only in Arkansas.
Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked as a business associate at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C., in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Katie is a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Arkansas Bumpers College Alumni Society, a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock, and has previously been named to Arkansas Business’s 20 in their 20s. Outside of her professional pursuits, Katie enjoys traveling, supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time at the lake and on her family farm.
