Gray Crow is an attorney at Nason Yeager, Gerson, Harris, & Fumero, P.A. and focuses his practice on land use, zoning, environmental, real estate, and legislative matters throughout the state of Florida. He has experience with development approvals, legislative advocacy, regulatory compliance, and municipal law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Crow served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami Beach and practiced with a prominent land use law firm in downtown Miami. During his tenure with the City of Miami Beach, Mr. Crow served as counsel to the Office of Mayor and Commissioners, the Code Compliance Department, the Building Department, the Planning Department, and assisted with general litigation matters. He also served as a City Prosecutor and assisted the City with adjudicating violations of the City’s Land Development Regulations. In private practice, he has advised a diverse clientele of property owners, business owners, and organizations and provided guidance on complex municipal regulations, as well as counsel on best practices for regulatory compliance. As a portion of his practice is also devoted to legislative monitoring at the state and federal levels, he is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
Mr. Crow is a graduate of the University of Miami, where he was recruited and accepted a scholarship to play quarterback on the football team. He is also a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Mr. Crow had the privilege to work as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller, during her tenure with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and the Honorable Jose E. Martinez of the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Crow is also very active in the community. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at a local university and lectures on topics such as political science, property law, and construction law. He also serves as a volunteer football coach at a South Florida high school. He is passionate and involved with causes to benefit areas such as intellectual disability awareness, youth sports, and sustainable development of our cities. Recently, Mr. Crow was named to University of Miami Alumni Association’s “30 Under 30” list. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, distance running, and traveling.
