Jessica Gordon is Of Counsel to Nason Yeager specializing in corporate and business transactions.
Jessica advises clients in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital, joint venture and other strategic licensing arrangements including the preparation of services, development, manufacturing, distribution, supply and reseller agreements. Jessica regularly negotiates general corporate agreements such as employment, work-for-hire, independent contractor, termination/severance, confidentiality/non-disclosure, intellectual property and licensing agreements. Jessica enjoys working closely with clients to build strong relationships and further their professional and financial goals. She especially likes advising clients on entity selection and formation, management structure, equity compensation and issuance of securities.
Prior to joining Nason Yeager, Jessica practiced corporate, securities and commercial real estate law in both large and boutique law firms for 12 years. Jessica worked in wealth management and political advisement prior to practicing law. She interned with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in the Special Victims Unit during law school.
Jessica is committed to serving her community and was awarded the Excellence in Community Service Award as well as the Summer Public Service Fellowship while in law school. She continues to volunteer and fundraise for March of Dimes and serves as a community liaison for the American Cancer Society.
In Jessica’s free time, she enjoys traveling with her family. Jessica speaks French, Spanish and Polish.
