Christopher Jette, a shareholder at Nason Yeager, brings a wealth of experience to his role as a member of the marital and family law group. With a primary focus on family law, Mr. Jette adeptly handles a wide array of cases including divorce, child custody, support, visitation, domestic injunctions, prenuptial agreements, contempt proceedings, and juvenile dependency matters. Additionally, he is well-versed in criminal defense, equipped to represent clients in both state and federal courts.
A Florida native, born in West Palm Beach, Mr. Jette earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1996 after completing a dual major in Political Science and Spanish at Auburn University in 1993. His legal career commenced as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience prosecuting criminal offenses and conducting numerous jury trials.
Since 1999, Mr. Jette has dedicated the majority of his practice to Marital and Family Law. Committed to providing the highest quality representation, he approaches each case with dedication, compassion, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
