Aaron J. Kesselman is an associate attorney in Nason Yeager’s Litigation Group, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and community association representation.
Mr. Kesselman’s practice is informed by a strong academic foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Princeton University in 2015, where he was a four-year scholar-athlete. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2018, along with a certificate in experiential advocacy. In 2025, he earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Mr. Kesselman began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Arnold L. Natali Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He transitioned to private practice with a firm in Atlantic City, New Jersey, handling civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate and land use disputes. He later joined a New Jersey law firm concentrating on complex commercial litigation and founded a professional corporation with offices in New Jersey and Florida, focusing on real estate litigation and transactions.
Mr. Kesselman brings a unique perspective to community association representation: in addition to serving as counsel to both association leadership and individual members, he personally served as president and director of a condominium association in Hollywood, Florida, to lead the association in the aftermath of the Surfside condominium collapse. This firsthand leadership experience gives him valuable insight into the practical challenges facing community associations.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Kesselman is a proud member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and an avid athlete. A former Division I ice hockey player, he also enjoys pickleball, golf, and skiing.
