Aaron J. Kesselman is an associate attorney in the litigation group, where he brings a robust background in complex commercial litigation, civil litigation, and transactional work.
Mr. Kesselman has accumulated significant experience in various legal capacities. He has worked with a law group in New Jersey focusing on complex commercial litigation, and with a law office in New Jersey and Florida handling litigation and transactional work primarily related to real estate. He also gained experience in a professional corporation in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where he dealt with civil litigation matters and land use issues.
He began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Princeton University in 2015. He then earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School in 2018, where he also received a certificate in experiential advocacy, and in 2025, he earned an LLM in Taxation from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. His leadership extends into his community as well; he previously served as the President of the Victoria Towers Condominium Association in Hollywood, Florida and is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Outside the courtroom, Mr. Kesselman is a passionate athlete. A former Division I Ice Hockey player, he enjoys pickleball, golf, ice hockey, and skiing.
