Antonette “Toni” M. Leidy is an attorney at Nason Yeager working in the Boca Raton Environmental, Land Use and Administrative Law practice group, specifically focusing on Environmental Resource Permitting and related issues.
After graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1989, Ms. Leidy went on to be a Senior Attorney for the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), concentrating on Environmental & Land Use Law, including Permit Challenges, Rulemaking, Mitigation Banking, and Permit Compliance and Enforcement. She participated in the Everglades Cleanup Federal Litigation in defense of the SFWMD. Ms. Leidy also previously worked as a sole-practitioner in Estate and Elder Law.
As an active volunteer within the community, Ms. Leidy has given her time at the Mae Volen Senior Center as a volunteer instructor, assisting seniors with phone and computer skills. She also organized an Adopt-a-Grandparent Program at the Boca Raton Manor Care Nursing center. She feels it’s crucial that seniors remain connected to friends and family during their golden years.
Ms. Leidy enjoys spending quality family time traveling with Brian her husband of 32 years and their four adult children.
