Alicia Lewis is a member of the environmental and land use practice group. She focuses her practice on land use, zoning, government procurement, public private partnerships, affordable housing, environmental law, entitlement due diligence, community outreach, and municipal government law in Florida and Georgia.
She represents real estate developers and private property owners before governmental agencies to obtain comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, site plan approval, platting, variances, special exceptions, conditional use approval, and code enforcement matters.
During law school, she served as a Senior Editor for the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review and Regional Fundraising Chair for the National Black Law Students Association.
