Joshua L. Resnick is an attorney at Nason Yeager. He practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Resnick represents clients with a variety of legal issues including physicians in the credentialing and peer review process, medical staff representation, and physician employment agreements; as well as general employment disputes, construction defects, and actions arising in contract or tort.
Mr. Resnick is a Palm Beach County native with strong ties to the community. During his final semester of law school, he practiced as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office and ultimately accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney. As a prosecutor, he fought to protect Palm Beach County’s most vulnerable residents as a member of the Domestic Violence Unit. Mr. Resnick has conducted ten jury trials and litigated hundreds of cases to successful prosecution.
While in law school, Mr. Resnick was selected to intern with the Honorable Judge Jonathan Gerber of the Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Magistrate Judge William Matthewman of the Southern District of Florida West Palm Beach Division.
In his free time, Mr. Resnick enjoys spending time outdoors, physical fitness, and connecting with friends and family.
