Nason Yeager Gerson Harris and Fumero Partners John Fumero and Susan Martin Led the Environmental and Land Use Law Seminar at the 2023 Annual Florida Bar Convention
BOCA RATON, FL – June 29, 2023 – Nason Yeager partners John Fumero and Susan Martin were speakers and led the Environmental and Land Use Law Section Seminar at the 2023 Annual Florida Bar Convention, held at The Boca Raton on June 21-24.
The Florida Bar Convention is a premier event that brings together lawyers licensed by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice law in the state. This convention encompasses a wide range of activities, including the General Assembly, seminars, committee meetings, and social functions, providing an ideal platform for legal professionals to engage in meaningful discussions and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
John Fumero served as a moderator for a panel presentation centered around the state of Florida Division of Administrative Hearings recent case law and the 2023 ethics update. Joining Fumero on the panel were Administrative Law Judges Francine M. Ffolkes and Cathy M. Sellers.
Susan Martin participated in a panel discussion on new stormwater regulations in Florida. Accompanying her on the panel was Rusty Payton, CEO of the Florida Homebuilders Association. Additionally, Martin served as the program co-chair for the event.
