David Gellen, partner, is chair of the firm’s Corporate Department. He has practiced for almost 30 years and advises clients on the legal aspects of business planning, including entity formation, organization, restructuring and ongoing corporate governance matters. Mr. Gellen routinely assists clients with negotiating complex commercial transactions including the purchase and sale of their businesses, whether by stock, asset or other means, spanning a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to, technology, e-Commerce, consumer products, entertainment, hospitality, and healthcare.
Richard H. Levenstein, partner, leads the firm’s Health Care Practice, and has practiced for over 40 years, and assists clients in the areas of physician and medical staff representation, licensing, peer review and credentialing, and litigation related to health care issues of all kinds. Mr. Levenstein also handles business disputes, including actions arising from contracts or torts and his practice strongly focuses on representing individual physicians, professional medical practices, and the physician leadership of organized medical staffs around the State. Further, Mr. Levenstein is a Board-Certified Business Litigation Lawyer and represents clients in state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings.
