Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero Represents Elysian Premium Corp. and Fortium Holdings Corp. in Joint Venture Licensing Agreement

Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero, P.A. represented Elysian Premium Corp. (“Eylsian”) and Fortium Holdings Corp. (“Fortium”) in a joint venture transaction pursuant to which Elysian obtained a license to use certain trademarks and service marks owned by Firebreak Associates, Inc. in the United States in connection with the branding of Elysian’s commercial cannabis stores.

Elysian is a commercial cannabis retail company based out of Colorado and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortium. Fortium is a diversified holding company with two principal subsidiaries operating in the direct-to-consumer cannabis and action sports industries.

The Nason Yeager team was led by shareholder David Gellen assisted by Paul Zelnick and Kyle Horth. These attorneys are part of the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions practice area, with extensive experience and expertise in negotiating and preparing agreements and documentation for a variety of complex commercial transactions such as the joint venture described above.
