Shareholder Michael D. Harris, Esq. late last month led a team of attorneys from Nason Yeager in representing Advanced Processing & Imaging, Inc. (“API”) of Boca Raton, Florida to Upland Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: UPLD) of Austin, Texas. Founded in 1996, API operates a highly effective content management platform driving workflow in governments and schools across North America. The all cash transaction was structured as a merger.

In addition to Mr. Harris, the Nason Yeager team included shareholders Brian S. Bernstein and Mark A. Pachman and associate Leah E. Hutton.
