Nason Yeager Gerson White & Lioce, P.A. is pleased to announce that the firm has represented Aspen Group, Inc. (OTCQB: ASPU), a nationally accredited online post-secondary education company, on a $7.5 million private placement. The 11 investors were all institutions except for one member of Aspen Group’s Board of Directors.
The Nason Yeager team was led by shareholders, Michael D. Harris and Brian S. Bernstein.
