Nason Yeager is pleased to announce that Laura D. Maxwell has joined the firm. Her primary area of expertise is real estate and construction law, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, construction and leasing.

Ms. Maxwell’s previous experience as in-house counsel for a national real estate company provides her with a unique insight into the industry and enables her to best serve her clients in a broad range of matters. In addition, Ms. Maxwell has experience representing developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants and borrowers.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University and her Juris Doctorate from the Florida International University College of Law, where she ranked in the top one percent of her class. She is active in the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Young Lawyers section as well as the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) network.
