Shareholder Richard Levenstein Honored with the A. Sherman Christensen Award
Nason Yeager is proud to announce that attorney Richard Levenstein has been named as the 2024 recipient of the A. Sherman Christensen Award by the American Inns of Court. This prestigious award recognizes individuals in the legal profession who exemplify the core values of professionalism, ethics, civility, and excellence.
The Award will be presented in October at the American Inns of Court Celebration of Excellence Dinner, at the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Levenstein, a shareholder at Nason Yeager, specializes in complex commercial and civil litigation, as well as physician and medical staff representation. With a focus on business disputes arising from contracts or torts, Richard also has extensive experience representing individual physicians, professional medical practices, and physician leadership of organized medical staffs across Florida. He has successfully challenged policies of major hospitals and secured several substantial victories that have shaped the law to protect physicians and medical staffs.
