The topic? Florida’s sweeping updates to stormwater rules—and what they mean for property owners, developers, and local governments across the state.
The presentation, titled “9094 – New Stormwater Rules and Alternatives to Comply with Nutrient Reduction Requirements,” offered insights into the state’s revised Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) program, which now places a stronger emphasis on water quality and nutrient reduction.
