Nason Yeager’s Susan Roeder Martin recently published her 6th article in the Florida Bar Journal.

This article entitled “State Assumption of the Clean Water Act Section 404 Permitting Program” provides information on the Environmental Protection Agency’s historic action to delegate Clean Water Act permitting to the state of Florida.  This is only the third time in history the EPA allowed a state to assume the 404 program.
