Michael Nullman is a shareholder at Nason Yeager and chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Nullman represents individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of litigation in state and federal trial courts, as well as arbitrations, in pursuit of favorable results for his clients in commercial disputes involving a diverse mix of real estate, construction and corporate matters, business torts, all aspects of contract enforcement and interpretation, landlord/tenant cases, employment/labor matters and condominium/homeowners’ association law.
He is a South Florida native and obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2005.
Mr. Nullman is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and before the United States District Courts for each of the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and regularly sits on its various committees.
