David J. Gellen is chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. David represents public and private companies and entrepreneurs in a diverse group of industries including technology and e-Commerce, consumer products, entertainment, energy, hospitality and healthcare. He advises clients regarding a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions involving a wide range of industries. His practice includes providing business advice to his clients including counseling them on corporate governance, business formation, structuring, intellectual property matters and negotiating contracts including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, license agreements, employment agreements, among others as well as providing regulatory and compliance advice including fiduciary duties and related director and officer responsibilities, conducting internal investigations, data privacy and security including providing advice with respect to online terms of use, terms of sale and privacy policies.
Richard H. Levenstein leads the firm’s Health Care Practice, and has practiced for over 40 years, and assists clients in the areas of physician and medical staff representation, licensing, peer review and credentialing, and litigation related to health care issues of all kinds. Mr. Levenstein also handles business disputes, including actions arising from contracts or torts and his practice strongly focuses on representing individual physicians, professional medical practices, and the physician leadership of organized medical staffs around the State. Further, Mr. Levenstein is a Board-Certified Business Litigation Lawyer and represents clients in state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare Law at Tulane University Law School and an Instructor at Tulane University Medical School.
Nathan E. Nason is a founding partner of Nason Yeager and currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm. For more than 25 years, he has practiced complex commercial litigation throughout South Florida and developed a robust environmental law practice. Mr. Nason’s litigation experience spans a wide range of industries and legal areas, including construction litigation, corporate disputes, intellectual property matters, employment law, land use, real estate transactions, trust and estate litigation, and various aspects of UCC and secured transactions. He also has substantial experience in environmental regulatory matters and permitting, as well as administrative law.
James D. Silver is a shareholder at Nason Yeager with over 40 years of experience in business bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Mr. Silver also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and receivership, as well as creditors’ rights litigation arising out of Ponzi and other fraudulent schemes. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell since 1992, which indicates a demonstration of the highest professional and ethical standards and is the highest rating a lawyer can receive.
Abby Spears focuses her practice on Dispute Resolution and Litigation. She has worked in both large and small-sized law firms, gaining experience in complex commercial litigation including jury trials in State and Federal Court. Ms. Spears represents individuals and businesses in all stages of pre-suit and litigation, including trial and alternative dispute resolution procedures such as arbitration and mediation. In addition to complex commercial litigation, she handles litigation arising from probate and trust proceedings, and actively represents Trustees, Personal Representatives, beneficiaries, and interested parties in all levels of contested probate and trust proceedings and litigation.

Alejandra Alvarez is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and is admitted to practice in both Florida and Texas. Ms. Alvarez brings a wealth of experience and legal insight to the group, having previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida before she joined the firm in 2024. Prior to her time as a clerk with the Southern District of Florida, Ms. Alvarez worked in the litigation department of a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida, where she focused her practice on complex commercial litigation. At Nason Yeager, Ms. Alvarez has continued to hone her commercial litigation practice, representing clients in a variety of business disputes at both the trial and appellate level.
Michael J. Caramadre is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Lender Representation Practice Groups. Known for his ingenuity, strategic thinking, and sharp negotiation skills, Mr. Caramadre is frequently retained by state, national, and international clients to handle complex real estate and related business matters. He regularly advises developers, private equity firms, institutional and private lenders, and business owners on a wide range of matters, including real estate acquisition and development, asset disposition, commercial and residential leasing, and real estate related entity structuring. His practice includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documentation, condominium and homeowners’ association documents, operating agreements, and various other related entity documents.
Constantine Christakis is a shareholder at Nason Yeager, where he focuses his practice on Securities and Corporate Law. He advises both publicly traded and privately held companies on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with federal and state securities laws, including regulations enforced by the SEC and state agencies. He also guides clients through the regulatory frameworks of major securities exchanges and self-regulatory organizations such as Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange, OTC Markets and FINRA. Additionally, Mr. Christakis represents hedge funds and other investors in connection with investments in public and private companies, beneficial ownership disclosures and related compliance and transactional matters. Lillian Denish is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her experience involves drafting and arguing motions, managing pretrial proceedings, and representing clients through all stages of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, negotiations, and trial. Before joining Nason Yeager, Mrs. Denish gained experience at full-service law firms, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes and construction, association, and insurance litigation from its infancy. Mrs. Denish is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
Crystal O. Parkinson is an attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Law Group.
