Lillian R. Denish is an attorney at Nason Yeager, where she is a member of the litigation practice group. With a strong background in litigation, her experience involves drafting and arguing motions, managing pretrial proceedings, and representing clients through all stages of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, negotiations, and trial.
Before joining Nason Yeager, Mrs. Denish gained experience at full-service law firms, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes and construction, association, and insurance litigation from its infancy.
Mrs. Denish was born and raised in Palm Beach County, having attended Dreyfoos School of the Arts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Political Science at Florida State University. She then continued her education at Florida State University College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor, as well as Business Law and Professional Development Certificates. During her time at Florida State Law, Mrs. Denish served as President of the Student Bar Association.
Mrs. Denish is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Supreme Court.
Outside of the office, Mrs. Denish is active in professional associations and within her community including, as a Board Member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, and member of the Florida Bar Association, Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and Jewish Lawyers Association. Mrs. Denish has previously served on the FSU College of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
In her free time, Mrs. Denish enjoys live music, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
