Flanigan was recently featured in the South Florida Business Journal’s article, “Developer secures $381M for assisted living project in Palm Beach County,” regarding the $380.65 million bond financing for The Winsberg at Green Cay, a new continuing care retirement community in Boynton Beach.
As issuer’s counsel, Mr. Flanigan represented the Palm Beach County Health Facilities Authority in connection with the bond issuance, which will finance the construction of the 500,000-square-foot senior living community.
