John Bizanes is an attorney at Nason Yeager. Mr. Bizanes works primarily in the areas of Corporate and Real Estate Transactions. He is dedicated to advising clients in connection with a wide array of transactions, including contracts for the purchase and sale of most all types of real estate, financial institution and mortgage lender representation, commercial leases, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions, corporate restructurings, private equity, and transactions involving the purchase and sale of corporate, partnership, limited liability company, and other entity interests.
He also provides general corporate and real estate counseling in areas such as corporate governance, securities disclosures, internal investigations, including 10A investigations, data privacy and security, fiduciary duties, and related director and officer responsibilities. He drafts, negotiates, plans, and prepares real estate and corporate contracts, including leases, development agreements, joint venture agreements operating agreements, shareholders agreements, contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate, assets, stock, or limited liability company interests, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements, loan and security agreements, and promissory notes.
