Amy Morse is an attorney at Nason Yeager, bringing more than 20 years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, drawing on her background as trial counsel, appellate advocate and legal advisor.
Throughout her career, Ms. Morse has handled a broad range of matters, from trials and appeals to motions and negotiations. She has served as lead counsel in state and federal proceedings, as well as roles advising organizations on risk management, compliance and legal strategy. She also holds an LLM in Health Care Law, which, along with her experience serving as in-house counsel, enhances her ability to navigate disputes involving business, regulatory and compliance issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Morse was a partner in private practice and held in-house counsel roles for corporate clients. She also served as on-call legal counsel for law enforcement officers through the Palm Beach County Police Benevolent Association
Ms. Morse earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her LLM in Health Care Law from Seton Hall University. She received her B.A. in History from New York University. She is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
An active member of the legal community, Ms. Morse serves as a Board Member of the Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court and holds memberships with numerous professional organizations, including the American Health Lawyers Association and is a Trustee with the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
