Alicia Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, government procurement, public private partnerships, affordable housing, environmental law, entitlement due diligence, community outreach, and municipal government law. Licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, she represents real estate developers and private property owners before governmental agencies to obtain comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, site plan approval, platting, variances, special exceptions, conditional use approval, and resolves code enforcement matters.
Gray J. Crow practices land use, code enforcement, due diligence, litigation, environmental, and real estate matters. He has a broad range of experience with all facets of the land development process including development approvals, legislative advocacy, regulatory compliance, and municipal law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami Beach and practiced with a prominent land use law firm in Miami.
