Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero, P.A., a full-service law firm, announces that shareholder Michael Nullman has been appointed as Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Nullman represents individuals and businesses in a wide array of litigation in state and federal courts, and in arbitrations. He assists clients in a diverse mix of business disputes involving contract enforcement and interpretation, real estate, construction, corporate, business torts, landlord/tenant, employment/labor and condominium/homeowners’ association matters.

With nearly 20 years of experience and with the firm since 2009, Nullman is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to practice in all Florida and Federal Courts throughout the state. He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and regularly sits on its various committees.
Nullman obtained his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in 2002, and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2005.
