Nason Yeager attorney Aaron Kesselman will co-present a continuing legal education program titled “Update: Recent Florida Litigation Decisions and Their Effects” on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The program is presented by the Business Litigation CLE Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and will be held at the PBCBA offices, located at 1507 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Kesselman will present alongside Howard DuBosar of Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman and the Honorable Joseph Curley of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court. The course will cover recent Florida litigation decisions and their practical impact on business litigation practice.
