Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero, P.A. Shareholder John J. Fumero was recently featured in the Palm Beach Post, offering his insight on the legal challenges tied to the long-debated State Road 7 extension in Palm Beach County.
As the attorney who formally represented the Florida Department of Transportation in a prior legal challenge to the State Road 7 Road expansion project filed by the city of West Palm Beach, Mr. Fumero shared his perspective on the project and City’s continued efforts to block the project. He noted that appealing the South Florida Water Management District’s permit decision will not stall the project and that FDOT has the discretion to continue moving forward with the project.
