Despite more women enrolling in law school and now outnumbering men, female attorneys still face significant underrepresentation in law firm leadership roles. Contributing factors to this disparity include caretaking commitments, stress, and work-life balance issues, with solutions requiring mentorship, advocacy for parental leave policies, and intentional networking.
