Jill Seifer is an attorney at Nason Yeager where she is a member of the real estate practice group. Mrs. Seifer focuses her practice on real estate, business, and community association law. She represents a diverse clientele including real estate developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, homeowner and condominium associations.
With over 17 years of private practice experience prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Seifer has honed her skills in various areas. She is proficient in drafting and negotiating an array of commercial and residential agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, construction agreements, and lease agreements. Additionally, she excels in property due diligence, navigating through inspections, environmental studies, zoning regulations, and title work.
In the realm of business law, Mrs. Seifer’s expertise extends to business entity formation, crafting operating agreements, by-laws, and shareholder agreements, among others. She is adept in handling employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and risk assessments, ensuring comprehensive legal protection for her clients. Furthermore, she is involved in community association representation, drafting declarations, amendments, and by-laws, as well as overseeing lien filings, meetings, vendor contracts, and opinion letters.
She received her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
