Brian C. Hickey, shareholder, has provided strategic legal counsel to clients throughout Florida for more than 20 years, often servicing as a de facto outside general counsel for such clients. Nathan E. Nason is an Of Counsel at the firm and has practiced complex commercial litigation for over 25 years in South Florida. He has also developed substantial environmental practices and has extensively handled matters involving construction litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, mortgage foreclosure, employment litigation, trust and estate litigation, securities litigation, and many more. James D. Silver, shareholder, has over 40 years of experience in business bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Mr. Silver also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and receivership, as well as creditors’ rights litigation arising out of Ponzi and other fraudulent schemes. Gary Walk, shareholder, practices real estate, business, and banking law. His work encompasses a range of services, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, real estate debt and equity financing, leasing of real estate, formation of business entities, and the purchase and sale of businesses and ownership interests in businesses.
